Hi Reader,

Thank you so much for being an epicuricloud subscriber! Since some of you are newer friends, I thought I'd share a little about myself and what to expect as a subscriber. For any questions, you can always reply to any of my emails or reach out through epicuricloud (my recipe website!)

I'm Tina

Wife of 1, mom of 2, part-time blogger. I have been cooking happily since I was around 8. I grew up in a large family and as the youngest child in the family, I spent a lot of time helping my Mom in the kitchen. I learned all the basics from working by her side.

I love all aspects of food

The colors, the aromas, the textures. It is my passion! I love trying to cook anything I haven’t attempted before. I love experimenting with new techniques. I try to perfect dishes I’ve prepared lots of times. I always want to develop the best way to prepare a dish and serve it in an inviting and beautiful way. Watching people enjoy my food makes me happy. When I go out to eat, I always love to try something new. I find inspiration in every menu and meal and hopefully I can provide a little inspiration for you.

Cookbook & Contests

In 2019, I published my cookbook, Homemade Made Easy! It sold out in it's debut on QVC and sold over 20,000 copies overall! It is currently sold out on epicuricoud completely. Time to start thinking about book #2.

I have competed in recipe and cooking contests - most notably, I was the 2012 Grand Prize Winner of the Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest and the Runner Up on Food Network's America's Best Cook. You can read more about the contests here.

KitchenAid on QVC

I started out as an elementary school teacher, and now, I'm honored to teach about KitchenAid appliances live on QVC. Since 2015, I have been representing KitchenAid on QVC. I love sharing my passion for cooking and baking with all the wonderful Foodie viewers!
